all of these things brought so much joy to me and  my closet! can you tell?!

this wasn't my first time shopping at Cotton On. last year i picked up a hi-low floral printed top and put together this entire look for less than $40.

the year is winding down and while i've had fun on the Keep the Change journey - i'm looking forward to next year. i hope you stick around with me.

  2. Did my comment get eaten? Oh gosh I never heard of Cotton on don't know if I like the name. I am so afraid of pants that have print on them I tried to buy some one time but could not do it. I am so plain jane and old school. Love your picks

  3. Girl you remind me of Madea with that calculator! I love the head wrap. Never heard of Cotton On, wonder if we have one at our Premium Outlet here? I enjoyed your challenge for this year and looking forward to your 2014 challenge. Discount is my thing girl, can't do full price.

  4. You are too cute being able to shop in the Teeny bopper store! I've never heard of that store. The pants are super cute though. You've stuck to your guns in 2013. It's almost over! Congrats!

    1. i have pretty good luck at the teeny bopper stores...more with tops vs. bottoms. the key is for me to try everything on (i do that regardless of where i'm shopping). thanks for hanging in here with me and the challenge...i truly appreciate you!

  5. I explore every store I come across. I discovered Cotton On about 2 years ago. I try to get my friends to shop in 'teeny bopper' stores but they don't feel comfortable. But then they compliment on everything I wear! I told them they need to try out places like Forever 21, H&M, Cotton On, etc. Love your selections.

    1. i'm pretty much the same way. if there's something eye-catching in the window (especially a clearance sale sign!) - i'm going in.

  6. I definitely count things in for another month, too... think everyone does every once in a while! That's such a nice leopard scarf-- I would have had to buy two! It's so difficult to find the perfect scarf, right?

    1. Alex - it's extra difficult to find the perfect scarf for central Texas. it's gotta be light enough to wear in the spring, but still have some weight to it for when it cools off a bit. i like this one...that $5 price tag has alot to do with it!
